Google Keep - is great for note taking and assigning tasks to a group of students or a team of co-workers. You can voice record notes, which will then be transcribed into a written note, you can save websites or pictures and mark them up with notes, you can create checklists. You can share any of your notes with other people. This app will sync across all of your devices. Watch this video to see tips and tricks with Google Keep.

Prezi is a free online website that creates zooming presentations.  Sign up for an account using email or Facebook accounts.

Timer from Class Tools - Need help with classroom management, or just want the kids to see how much time is left on a particular project? Use a countdown clock and project it on the board.

 Screencastify is a screen capture add on for Chrome.  It allows you to capture still images from your computer, or create a video with the mouse moving across your desktop and a recording of your voice to describe step by step procedures. Look for the symbol in your tool bar, you probably already have this as part of the Warwick package.

Free audio editor.  Record your voice, delete mistakes, add music, fade in and out.  Audacity makes it possible. Here are some videos to help you use Audacity.  Okay, a little too complicated. This Online Voice Recorder is super easy, just click and record, save and download. Wonderful for voice overs for you or your student presentations!
