Ask RI is a great site that is available to all RI residents.  You can ask a reference question, or even get help from a live tutor.  

Parent Guide for Child Internet Safety - Some excellent advice on how to monitor and set guidelines for screen time with your children from the experts at vpnMentor.
Librarians for Technology  another website I use to share sites with others.  The page on Internet Safety may be especially helpful for parents concerned with the dangers of the Internet.
I-Safe
"i-SAFE is a non-profit foundation whose goal is to educate students on how to avoid dangerous, inappropriate, or unlawful online behavior." This program is being taught in the library classes of Warwick schools.
